Glue sticks are solid adhesives in twist or push-up tubes.

We can use "tube" as the quantifier of "glue" e.g a tube of glue. Other than "tube", what quantifier can we use for "glue"? Which quantifier is more common to be used with "glue"?

All glue sticks come in tubes which act as the cover, that is why they are called glue sticks.
Unless you are talking about the viscous type of glue.
