Question about the 'answer' in an email

Hi Teachers,
Could you help me with this?
If someone answers a mail immediately after the one it was written, should they say:
a) The answer is down below.
b) I answer it down.
c) The answer is below.

So there isn't one at all. If I've asked it is because the person who has asked about the sentence told me if there was one. Be sure I'll give her the same answer. Ha, ha, ha.;-)
