Question tag — He been there...

Hi!
This is a new thread in which we will discuss some problematic sentences that need suitable question tags.
The sentence is:

He been there, ..............? [dialect, non-standard]

Thanks in advance!
 
I think the question tag should be "hasn't he?".
 
Sticking with the dialect, "ain't he?" is more likely.
 
That wouldn't be likely here. If you don't want "hasn't he" then perhaps "right?"
 
Wouldn't Ain't he been there? be natural?
