I have some difficulty in linkings within these phrases:

1) AS HE IS
2) OF THE

I'd like You very much to depict them using phonetic alphabet. I'm interested in british standard pronunciation (of normal, fast speed).

These are which I produce mechanically, having learnt to speak in general. Yet I'm not sure.

AS HE IS -> əz ɪ z
OF THE -> əv ə (ɪ) / əv də (dɪ) ?

With the second, I honestly find it easier to pronounce the 'th' than to change it to 'd' because the two sounds in the words are close together.
