What is the meaning of : "quiet a few times" ?

and basically id we add "quiet a" to something like "bit" what does that should indicate to ?

If we start with the idea that "a few" is somewhere in between "a couple" and "a lot" then "quite a few" is more than a few but still less than a lot.

once => a couple times/twice ==> a few times/rarely/sometimes ===> quite a few times/often ====> a lot/regularly/quite often =====> a whole lot of times/quite a lot

a little bit ==> a bit ==> quite a bit

Quite a bit would be about the same as often.

I have eaten at that restaurant quite a bit. = I eat there often enough to be very familiar with it but not regularly.

Also note: It's "quite", not "quiet", which is a different word.
