Are the verbs to rise, to increase, to raise and to boost exact synonyms of each other in same cases such as the one following?

1. "How do you increase your factory's production?"
2. "How do you boost your factory's production?"
3. "How do you raise your factory's production?"
4. "How do you rise your factory's production?"

The fourth is incorrect.

The other three are very similar indeed in meaning, but the verbs are not exact synonyms. There are extremely few exact synonyms in English.

But all defined them exact synonyms only for this case. Even is this wrong?
