Is the following sentence correct and natural?

I always re-think how to do my best for work every day.

You need 'rethink' – without the hyphen, Polyester.

I'm not doing my best work; I need to rethink my strategy.

Your plan isn't working; it clearly needs a rethink.

Rover_KE,

I don't understand why I added hyphen in the word re-think is wrong.

I didn't agree with the word "rethink" earlier because, if it is something you do everyday, it would not be called "rethink". Which is why Rover has removed the "every day".

The word "always" there is problematic. Do you think about every day how to do your best for work? That's not likely. Perhaps:

I often ask myself if I'm doing my best and if not how can I do better.
