Is "the address of the warehouse reads as follows" good English? I don't think one would use "reads as follows" in this context.

If you are standing in front of the warehouse, and looking at a sign on the outside that gives the address, it would make sense.

Is that the case?

No, not even close.

It's from a brochure about the warehouse, which states the warehouse's address. It wasn't written by a native speaker of English, though.
 
Then is should simply be "The address of the warehouse is..." and give the address. No "reads as follows."
