Question: Is the sentence grammatically correct? Is the use of comma correct in the sentence?

"English languages?" I'm only aware of there being one English language. I would look up "command over" in a style guide as well.

May I most respectfully remind you that we can say, "There are many Englishes." That is, there are many varieties

of English: American, British, Australian, Indian, Nigerian, etc. In fact, there is one variety (I forget its name) that

consists of just enough words and grammar to allow businessmen from any country to communicate with one another.

The goal of those businessmen is to make money, not to learn something called "English."
