Remove the a, b, and c packages.

Context:
All of these packages are named but I preferred just using a, b, and c.

You have given us no context at all.

Is the person addressed supposed to take the packages away from somewhere, out of something, or something else?

It's a command to remove the packages that are part of a software.

How do you remove something from software? Is it something like a .zip file, which you have to unzip and release the various parts of the program?

I don't know exactly what each component is called (in technical jargon) but I'd expect something like:

Unpack [files] a, b and c [from the .zip file]
