Hi all.

I do speak english pretty well (I think) but I sometimes have doubt on a couple of words.

So I have a question about the rental vocabulary.

I wonder if there's a difference between "Rent by the day" or "Rental on a daily basis" or "Daily rental".

The choice for the whole sentence is this case is :

"Renting may be done by the day, the week, the month or the year , anywhere in Belgium."

And

"Renting may be done on a daily, weekly, monthly or even a yearly basis, anywhere in Belgium."

The Ngram shows a majority of the second case but I wonder is there's a difference.

Thanks for helping.

Use "rental" in those sentences.

[STRIKE]Hi all.[/STRIKE] Unnecessary. Just go straight in with your question.

I wonder if there's a difference between "rent by the day", [STRIKE]or[/STRIKE] "rental on a daily basis" [STRIKE]or[/STRIKE] and "daily rental".

The choices for the whole sentence [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] in this case [STRIKE]is :[/STRIKE] are:
