or

We are a platform that provides a wide range of solutions.



2. We are a platform that provide various solutions.

or

We are a platform that provides various solutions.

Oddly enough, without "are a platform that", the sentence would read:

"We provide various solutions." (no 's')

For some reason, when' provide' is in a clause or phrase, or we are referring to someone other than ourselves (She provides a wide range of services.) we add an 's' to it.

Try to give your threads helpful titles. 'A platform that provide(s)?' would have been good for this one.

Please don't use 'urgent' in your titles, or ask for replies 'as soon as possible'. The people who answer questions are volunteers, who give their free time to this activity. They should not be pressured.

It's nothing to do with 'provide'; it's do do with the grammatical subject of the verb:

She provides ........ we provide... ..... she supports ... .....we support
We are people who provide/support ...
She is a person who provides/supports ...
We are a platform that provides/supports ...
