Hi, I want to write the letter to my manager about to start the cab because in night shift when i left from office some bikers are followed me,
please help me to write the letter properly in good words.

Can you not speak to your manager in person or on the phone? If you have to write a letter, write what you would say if you could speak to him, using phrases suggested by ems above.
