Ask the vendor for get back penalty.

Reference below ceased,

We would like to charge this expense back from your,

Ask the colleague for solving the problem.

and need to exchange her order on June 18,2016.

Due to the customer postponed deliver her product to Kerry.

I don't understand the above. Please rephrase it clearly.

Do you mean "Case 1" and "Case 2"? The word "cased" (simple past tense of the verb "to case") does not make sense in your post.

Case1: It mean he need to charge the transportation cost with the vendor, who delivered the incorrect goods to many customers. Then the customers need to change the goods.

Case 2: He asked the relevance department to support and solve the problem. Cause the customer didn't satisfy the good. Then need to change it, also complained the company with the letter.

Case1: It mean he need to charge the transportation cost with the vendor,

In the present tense, you need to add an "s" to the end of a third person singular verb. Can you see what is wrong with the verbs above?

It means, He needs and charges.
Is it correct?

"It means" and "he needs" are correct. However, "to charge" was OK in the original. It's the infinitive form.

I would like to know when someone reply my quote, why did not have any notification?
