What is the right preposition in the following sentence: "Pneumonia is a common complication in/during (???) this disease."?

I think I'd use 'of'.

But what's the disease you're talking about?

Rover

Does it matter? For intance AIDS. So the sentence "Pneumonia is a common complication of AIDS." is OK?
