Rover is rather negative and unfriendly, and prone to inaccurate assumptions.

Not the type of bloke I'd want moderating my forum.

In that case, you will be delighted to hear that you are free to choose absolutely anyone you like to moderate your forum.

We are not here to be challenged.

Students have on more than one occasion used a similar subterfuge in an attempt to trick us into doing their homework.

I understand where you're coming from, because when I first joined this forum, I too, wanted them to proofread my homework and re-write my college essays, whether it's a short paragraph or two-three page paper, but they refused. I now understand why -They're here to guide us as teachers, so it'd defeat the purpose for them to do your work or change your words completely because then it becomes unauthentic.

I'm not trying to add fuel to the fire, but these guys have really helped me a lot on this forum, and if you are detailed and specific in what you need help on or what you're asking them to check, most of them would gladly lend a hand. Keep in mind, they're not getting paid to do this, and private tutors in the real world are not cheap.

Rover is fair and balanced. If you can't handle that, we'll miss you after you're gone.

Oops! Thanks.

A bloke who helps people with their language but doesn't do their homework for them seems to tick the right boxes to me. He may have made an inaccurate assumption, but I really doubt it.

There are plenty of cheat sites out there if you want to pay for a semi-literate clown to make a mess of your homework.

What a small, petty person you are, bhaisahab.

Ciao.
