S sound or sounds in "reports say"

I hear only one S sound, and I'm not sure if it is longer or stronger than normal.

It was uploaded just yesterday, has no comments and there's no information about the channel owner, let alone a credit of the voice. If that's really a human speaking, her voice should [legally] be credited in the clip notes.
