Sadia is an arrogant girl ______ I dislike very much.

A) who
B) whom
C) that
D) All of these

This MCQ is made by me.

Can I ask which option would you select as a natural/idiomatic option?

Tell us what you think first.

I think you need to add an option - no word at all.
OK. But Sorry, you didn't comment on whether options A, B and C are right or not.

You'll hear all of them from native speakers (including no word at all in the gap).

Rather than "All of them" for "D" I would say "Any of them".

You need a comma in your sentence, since it contains a non-essential relative clause.

It's not a very natural sentence in the first place, no matter which option one chooses, but 'whom' and 'who' are the best answers.

This MCQ is was made up by me.
Remember that we don't "make" sentences/questions in the context of your text. We write them or, in your case, make them up. I would probably say "I made up/wrote this MCQ myself".
Can I ask which option would you would select as a natural/idiomatic option?
Note the correct word order if you really must open with "Can I ask". Bear in mind that it's more natural to just ask the question: "Which option would you select ...?" If you'd done that, your word order would have been correct.
