Every year, employee are required to write their own performance review. This is my first time to write my own performance review. This review is very important as it will affect my salary increment and bonus.

Therefore, I would appreciate if you could share with me good tips & right words or phrases how to write good employee performance review.

Do they give any guidelines- length, etc?
