Send smb/Send to smb

Hi. I've always thought that the constructions of the verb "to send" was: to send somebody something. However I think I've heard a native english say "That video that you sent to us is pretty cool". Is that correct?


And what about this sentence? "I don't remember whether or not I've already sent you this video". Is that correct?
