what is the difference between the below two sentence which one is right which one is wrong , .

Faced with this challenging task , he attempted to explain his vision.
Having faced with this challenging task , he attempted to explain his vision.


when should i include "having" while writing a sentence with past partiple .

Please explain me.

Please note my amendments to your post. It's important to follow the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Capitalise proper nouns (English, Italy, Shakespeare).
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.

The first version is the right choice if you mean that he is facing the challenge now.

The second version is the right choice if you mean that he faced it in the past.

If you like the second version, fix: "Having faced with." It should either be "Having faced" or "Having been faced with."

You can't face with something. You can be faced with something, and you can face something. And you might have faced something in the past. But you can never face with it, because there's no such thing.

It's simply wrong usage.
