Is such exchange (below) possible? Is "Settled" chiefly American or used in British English, too?

St 1: When Billy and Alan get back, text me, please.
St 2: Settled.

Are you using "Settled" to mean "OK. I will do that"?

Yes. May I use Fine in this context?

Yes. Also (in informal BE at least) you might hear 'Sorted'.

You'll hear a whole range of replies to a question like that:

Yes.
Yup.
OK.
Will do.
Sorted.
Deal.
Sure.
Sure thing.
No problem.
Of course.
Okey-dokey.

I'm sure there are plenty more.

So, all the three are fine in this context (Settled, Fine, Sorted)?

Yes — as are all of ems's alternatives — informally.

Will it be OK to combine Yes and some other replies, for example: Yes, settled/Yes, sure?

"Settled" is odd to me for AmE.

I would expect an "OK" or "will do" or something like that.

I have even used "Roger" before as a text response.

Here's some information about 'Roger that'.
Interesting.:)

"I will" is not wrong, just not as natural as the others. "OK" is the most natural response.
