I hope any1 respond to this , I wonder what does "You shake my senses " means ??

Note my corrections to your post above, in red. As Mike said, "any1" is not a word. We don't use textspeak or chatlish on this forum. Write each word in full.
Follow these rules of written English at all times:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I" and all proper nouns.
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Don't put a space after opening quotation marks or before closing quotation marks.

I have never heard "You shake my senses". Where did you see it?
 
It could mean many things along the lines of being shocked or surprised, but the context would make things clearer.
