[Vocabulary] she’d had it with me

Please help me with the meaning of this sentence "she’d had it with me".
I can not understand whatever it is "would" or "had" and what it means.
 
"She had had it with me" - she was fed up with me; she had had enough of me; she was done with me.
 
I can not understand [STRIKE]whatever[/STRIKE] whether it is "would" or "had"
After the modal auxiliary verb "would", you must use the base form of the verb. In other words, you cannot say "She would had it with me."
