I am struggling to understand this episode.
2:06-2:12
Rob says: I...she actually had an epidural so it was the first the first one was really stressful but this one was a bit more relaxed because she had this epidural which slowed it all down a little fit.
Is it correct? If correct, then I cannot understand why he was referring to the second one — being more relaxed but also accompanied by epidural. And what is an expression - a little feat/fit?

... which slowed it all down a little bit

He chuckles on production of the word bit, which affects the quality of the bilabial /b/ sound.

The link in post #1 here still works:

The video is not available to me.
I did my best but the video wasn't available. Checked a couple of times. No luck.

The epidural made things more slow and relaxed. Is that what you don't understand?

His wife did not use the epidural during the first labor making it more stressful for both. Correct?
