(a) and (b) mean the same. (c) and (d) mean the same. (a) and (b) do not mean the same as (c) and (d).
(a) and (b) mean She is a talented musician and is a talented photographer.
(c) and (d) mean She is a talented musician and is a photographer (but we don't know whether she has a talent for photographing).
