My next-door neighbor asked me again today about how her daughter could learn English? She was asking me to recommend her a language school and I said I didn't know any. She was anxious and sent me some of her daugher's homework (Her daughter reading English in those videos) and said her daughter's classmates could already speak very good English but her daughter didn't. I disagreed but I also gave her some suggestions, one of them was "She should learn this language systematically". I said this because her daughter learned from the kindergarten teacher and also goes to a language school but learned nothing.

They might be good at answering exam questions, but they're often never able to speak fluent English.

In one video, she was reading English words and phrases; in another, she was chanting. She doesn't have a textbook.

When I said she should learn the language systematically, I meant she might consider using a textbook—preferably one edited by native speakers—that covers all sections (speaking, listening, reading, writing) instead of focusing only on reading. She also needs to learn how to pronounce letters and words correctly, practice spoken English, and do exercises. All of these things are missing from her language school and kindergarten. I think they use these methods simply because they themselves don't know how to teach properly. Therefore, I think she should learn English "systematically".
