[Idiom] She threw herself at/ on him?

Is there a difference between "she threw herself at him"and"she threw herself on him"?

​The first is an idiom meaning that she made herself sexually available to him.

The second means that she literally jumped on top of him.

throw smth to smb means you want somebody to catch (My mother threw the keys to me)
