She would be here now but she has been delayed.

Could you please explain me the "Would" part? I Am a bit confused. Does it mean "She would have reached here by now"?

Please check.

Yes.

Don't capitalize words to add emphasis. You have two capital letters there that don't belong. Can you spot them?

I would say:

She should be here now, but she has been delayed.

I would use either Tarheel's or "She would have been here by now but she has been delayed" or "She would have been here by now if she hadn't been delayed" or "She would have been here by now had she not been delayed".

We also use "would" in place of "will" when we are less sure of a future happening or the things that we are supposed to do. Am I correct? Like "you would be getting 80,000 per month after joining but I Am not sure of this" or "I would go there tomorrow."

In this post, you still have a capital letter that shouldn't be there. Also, I'm sure we've told you before that we don't say "explain me".

Is it "I Am"? Should it be "I am"?

Okay, sorry "could you please explain the would part?"

Of course it should be "I am". What made you think that "am" should be capitalised?

Oh sorry, actually yesterday suddenly my internet stopped working. As I was about to make changes it stopped working.

Could you please give your views please?

Could you use it in a sentence so I can comment on it?
