Someone sent me a video last night. It was about a poor illiterate woman from poor countryside who later became a fluent English speaker by self-taught. Her story encourages many people and is really inspiring. She never gives up any opportunities to learn no matter how her circumstances is. I replied to my firend “I watched some of her videos; she’s truly encouraging”.

Is my italic sentence natural?

Edited: Corrected the typo.

What is "a poor countryside"?

I see. However, "countryside" is uncountable.

I see. Much appreciated. And I corrected the mistake. Could you please help me with the sentence?

See above.
As you can see, I wouldn't use "countryside" at all in this context.
I changed "encouraging" to "inspiring" at the end because I find "encouraging" used without an object rather awkward.
