Let's say she's wearing her T-Shirt in the wrong way and the picture should be on her front.

Which one is correct?

1. She's wearing her T-shirt inside out.

2. She's wearing her T-shirt the wrong way around.
 
Inside out is definitely wrong. That would mean that the stitches of the seams were on the outside. She has the T-shirt on backwards. Also acceptable are 1, back to front, and 2; the wrong way around, as you said.
 
I think "back-to-front" is more precise as "the wrong way around" could mean "inside-out".
 
With the title, I wouldn't use in.
