Shouldn't it be "in" or "on" instead of "at"?

That depends on context and what "Sunset Road" refers to.

Sunset Road is a big road and some people sell their wares there. There is no traffic along that stretch of road.

KristinDalton, something can't be "pretty correct". It's either correct or it's not. We also try to avoid the use of non-standard English on the forum so "Yeah" is not appropriate.
