Hi,
My job involves booking venues/restaurants. What do you call the opposite of sit-down dinner, with people standing up because it is a sports bar? It's not buffet dinner because with buffet you just get your food from the buffet table and go back to your chair. It is not a reception style as the the menu includes the main course and dessert. What term should be used to describe it? Is there such a term as stand-up dinner?
