1- I am sitting in my desk.
2- I am sitting at my desk.
3- I am sitting on my desk.

Am I right that 'sitting in my desk' may refer to an elevated desk and lower bench intact as shown in the link below. Whereas 'sitting at my desk' would mean that I am sitting in/on my chair at my desk, such as: office desk.

1- I am sitting in my desk. :cross: It's grammatically correct but I can't think of any natural context in which this would be used! You would have to be very small to sit in (inside) a desk.
2- I am sitting at my desk. :tick: This is the most natural if you are in a chair or on a bench seat in front of your desk.
3- I am sitting on my desk. :tick: This is grammatically correct but only if you are sitting on top of the desk, with your buttocks/bottom in contact with the desk!
