Hi teacher,

May I know which of these sentences are correct,

a. Two tanks of different sizes or Two tanks of different size?

b. Two stalks of roses or Two stalks of rose?

Thank you.

"Two stalks of roses" is very unnatural for me. That suggests you have two stalks but you don't have the flower heads! Why not "Two roses [with stems]"?

As an English teacher, etc128, you should know that these are not sentences.

He gave his sweetie several red roses,
And he took pictures of her in various poses.
