The round wall art supplied doesn't have circular shape because the bottom part was slightly slanted inward by 8mm.

Would you please tell me if the sentence above is grammatically correct?

The sentence is too vague and does not make sense. What is "round wall art"? A painting/sculpture?
What is "bottom slanting inwards"?

What is "bottom slanting inwards"?
It is a large round meal wall decor. Its bottom part is bent slightly. Should I write the following?

The large round metall wall decor supplied was found to be slightly damaged: the bottom part was slightly slanted inward by 8mm

You've managed to spell "metal" wrong twice in one post (with two different misspellings!)

Why don't you just say that it wasn't a perfect circle/it wasn't perfectly circular?

It was a manufacturing defect. It is a metal perforated wall decor. The bottom fame of the wall decor was slightly bent.

Why don't you just say that it wasn't a perfect circle/it wasn't perfectly circular?
Should I write it as follows?
The large round metal peforated wall decor we received is slightly bent: it was not a perfect circle (The bottom frame was slghtly slanted inward by 8mm)
