Do the following two sentences sound as natural to native speakers?

Smoking does harm to your health.
Smoking is harmful to your health.

Thank you in advance.
Both are OK but I think the first one is more formal. You'd probably see it in a leaflet or banner advising against smoking.
 
How about 'Smoking harms your health'?
