so adj. that and that

Hi,
that [+ adjective/adverb]

spoken used to say how big, how much etc, especially when you are showing the size, amount etc with your hands:
It was quite a large fish - about that long.

He missed hitting the car in front by that much.


She spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand her.
She spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her.

(THEY ARE OK)

BUT, I would like to ask if we use 'that' in a way as below instead of 'so that' or not.

1)She spoke that quickly that I couldn't understand her.
2)She spoke that quickly I couldn't understand her.
