I came across with this sentence. :

It must be so built that it will not only support the superstructure and its contents.

( Can we use so + p.p? is it common? Can you give me more examples related to this structure? )

This sentence does not work well in American English. It should read something like, "It must be built so that it will not only support the superstructure, but its contents as well."

Note: There is a popular usage of "So built" in American slang. It has to do with a very fit and muscular person. "That guy is so built."

The structure is possible, "so built" is OK, but the sentence doesn't make sense.

Note that you "came across this sentence", not "came across with ...".

How we can use SO + p.p ? built can be used as an adjective for people or specially man. I'm not familiar with this grammar. Please illuminate this case for me better

"it must be so built that it does something" means "it must be built in such a fashion that it does something".

Can you give me another example? thanks
