Do I need to use so do I or so have I in the following sentences?

1a- She have got a car and so do I.
1b- She have got a car and so have I.

2a- I have seen this movie many times before and so do I.
2b- I have seen this movie many times before and so have I.

She has got a car and so have I.

2a and 2b do not make sense.

Sorry for my typo. Can please say now which one is correct?

2a- I have seen this movie many times before and so does he.
2b- I have seen this movie many times before and so has he.

3a- I have a bike so has John.
3b- I have a bike so does John.

4a- She has got a headache like I have.
4b- She has got a headache like I do.
