navi and azz are a couple. They are different people, though they use the same internet connection.

If she bought the car it's hers, and his opinion doesn't matter.

Not if it was sold under the condition of it being used for a certain thing.

For example a relative or friend may have sold her the car at a bargain price in an effort to help her our, but with the expectation it was for her use for employment. Perhaps they didn't really want to sell the car in the first place, but agreed to do so just to help her, not her boyfriend.

Thank you all very much,

My apologies.

It is all my fault. Piscean is correct. Azz and I are a couple and we live together. I mistakenly posted my question using Firefox (which was open). She uses Firefox and I use Edge.
Later on, I went to check my 'content, this time using the correct browser,' and noticed that the question was not there. Thinking I had made a mistake when posting it, I posted it again, this time on my page.

I am sorry.

Respectfully,
Navi

It doesn't matter what you thought they were going to use it for. Once they buy it they can use it as they please.

The acceptability of the behaviour of the subject of the sentence is irrelevant to the grammar.
