I used to post pictures of some English clubs on a social media called Little Red Book, but recently I noticed that I was warned and banned from my pictures being seen (by other users) because someone’s keeping reporting me to the server of Little Red book. I wrote a sentence to describe this idea:

Someone has been keeping reporting me to the server on a social media therefore I was warned and banned from posting any more pictures.

I said this to my friend who knows Little Red Book and who knows what I’m doing.

Please help me with a natural version of idiomatic English of the italic sentence.

See above. We don't report people to a server. The reports go to the admins or moderators of a platform.

I have one more question about the tense here. "Kept" is past tense and suggests a completed action in the past while "have been" indicates an ongoing or recent result of that action. Will this two tenses clash in my sentence?

I think this person will keep doing that until I am permanently banned. I want to change the tense to the present tense. Could you please shed some light on this new version?

Don't use keep + -ing in the present perfect, especially if it's continuous. With the present perfect continuous aspect, the sense of repetition that 'keep' brings is already there.

I notice that in your suggestions, you also used "kept reporting" and my question is:

"Kept" is past tense and suggests a completed action in the past while "have been" indicates an ongoing or recent result of that action. Will these two tenses clash in my sentence and why?

The past simple tense gives a history of what happened. There's no need for a present tense in this clause.

.... and now I have been warned and banned from posting any more pictures.

This is the present result of what happened, so the present perfect is ideal here.
