In ancient time, there weren't public medias like TV or radio. So, there were some people walking through every street, shouting the important news. They were mostly governmental soldiers. We can see them in ancient movies. What would you call these people in English?

Try, "town crier."

Thank you teechar, you are always kind and patient with my questions and stupid mistakes. You correct me and it is my pleasure. Thank you.
"Town crier" is exactly what I was looking for. ;-)
