Sourcing into the likes of Dr. Norman Vincent Peale (best-selling author of The Power of Positive Thinking) and Dale Carnegie (best-selling author of How to Win Friends and Influence People), I came to a firm belief that we can indeed seek greatness if we have a deep yearning for it.

Any errors???

I've never heard of "Sourcing into...." Is it jargon of some sort?

Any errors???
Yes: there are two question marks too many, 'sourcing into' is non-standard English, and the book titles should be italicised or enclosed in inverted commas.

"Sourcing" is standard English (at least in AmE), but I don't think think it is the appropriate word in this sentence. I thing "looking" into would be better.

Having read such authors as Dr. Norman Vincent Peale (best-selling author of The Power of Positive Thinking) and Dale Carnegie (best-selling author of How to Win Friends and Influence People), I came to a firm belief that we can indeed seek greatness if we have a deep yearning for it.

Better?

Yes, better.

And it‘s on its way into BrE as well, but in the sense that is currrent in Am - something like ‘find and buy‘ or ‘find a suitable supplier‘. I think its growing popularity over here is due to its looking better on a CV than ‘find‘, ‘buy‘ or ‘get‘ (suggesting the difficult/imaginative/arduous... research done). Also, it‘s a (sadly) common belief that Latinate words make the user seem cleverer [not that it is Latinate - it‘s not. It just looks as if it might be].

It's used in BrE in that context already. I work in retail and we frequently have to work out from where we can source a product.

It's quite common in Aus. as well.
