Yes, I have referred to dictionaries. However, the 'handset' used by the review confuses me. it is a review on mobile phones. Thay's why I thought that handset was a synonym for mobile phone.

I have consulted Cambridge Dictionary. It does not define 'handset' as cell phone. Therefore, I am inclined to think that the cell phone manufacturers have used 'handset' wrongly to mean 'cell phone'. Am I correct to think so?

I have got the name of the dictionary wrong. My memory failed me. I missed referring to Cambridge Dictionary. However, the inks are as follows. If I am not mistaken, the definitions do not relate to a cell phone.
