Does this sentence sound normal? "You have to live by Armenia and spare some time on it."
 
I don't know what it is supposed to mean.
 
In other words, the given audience must pay more attention to Armenia(country) and allocate some time to it. Is it clear?
 
Do you mean 'spare some time paying attention to Armenia'?
