Hi,

Anyone knows to tell me what is "pitch" (staggered pitch) in the phrase below?:

"32 diameter steel tube on the staggered pitch of 3.19 mm"

Thanks

(Dictionary entries)
to stagger: to place or arrange in alternating or overlapping positions (so that the leading edge of one object extends beyond that of the other)
pitch: the distance between corresponding points on adjacent members of a body of a regular form.

Among the many definitions offered by the dictionary for both terms, the ones I've suggested seem to fit the technical context at issue.
Hope this helps.
