What would you say "student of", "student in" or "student at"?

I'd say,

"I'm a university student studying in the library located at the university next to the hospital."

I wouldn't use the three choices you gave:

  1. of
  2. in
  3. at

They're all fine, and grammatical, but you don't need to use a preposition. The phrase university student works just as well.
