Which sentence is correct?

1. I suggest you to do something.
2. I suggest you do something.
3. I suggest you doing something.

In Internet I can find any of this variants but 2-nd is most usual. In the same time my teacher say that only 3-rd variant is correct.

As written, only #2 is correct. #3 would be correct without "you".
