I have solved nine exercises with gerunds except one. Please help me out:
Put a suitable gerund in the following:
This is the sentence: I was busy.................... ready for dinner.
For me the word ready makes me trouble. If it were not there I would say for example: :roll:I was busy preparing/cooking for dinner.
